The first event of 2016 for Gary and new co-driver Kieran O’Donoghue saw them bring their Civic home to a class 11F win and a commendable 11th over all finish.

With the winter months spent upgrading the Civic, the fruits of Gary’s labour were evident as the pair lead their class from start to finish and set the fastest 11F time on each and every stage during their fantastic run of form.The car preformed flawlessly from start to finish.

Crossing the finish the pair were delighted with their 2016 season debut. “its been a long wait but its great to start the year off with a class win”

All roads lead to Kerry next where Gary will return to competing in the National Junior Championship hoping to bag some points after missing out on the opening round in Mayo.
